Alexandra Chorus

formely know as Alexandra Park Library Community Choir

 

The Alexandra Park Library Community Choir was established in September 2009 at the library. From the 1st of May 2012, we had to change premises and have moved to Alexandra Park School (APS), music room P3. We are a welcoming group and if you are interested in joining please come along for a couple of ‘taster’ sessions to see how you like us. There is no audition, but a sens of pitch, rhythm and commitment to the choir is essential. There is some help put on our website for you to learn and practice the pieces we are performing.

 

 

Rehearsals take place every Wednesday at Alexandra Park School, 7-9pm(ish), music room MP3- entrance from Rhodes Avenue only.We rehearse throughout the year with breaks for the main school holidays. We have at least 2 concerts per year at a local venue, St Andrew’s Church.
